Mixed Impact
A combination of Hi and Low impact. Increase your cardiovascular system and burn maximum calories in this energy packed class.
 
Low Impact
All the benefits of mixed impact without the bounce.
 
Step
Low impact workout utilizing "The Step" for cardio conditioning and fun
 
Step Combo
You will never get bored with this energy workout that utilizes the step and various other elements that change on a regular basis.
 
Pump
A non impact muscular strength and endurance class utilizing studio equipment for added resistance. It may be a component of a class or a complete workout.
 
Interval / Circuit
When added to a class format, it will denote that the cardio component will be taught in intervals with muscular conditioning.
 
Masterfit Challenge
An extended high energy high intensity workout designed to challenge to the max!
 
Cardio Kickboxing
Burn maximum calories in this fierce and energetic workout. Mayfair's Cardio Kickboxing is a combination of martial arts, Boxing, Karate and Tai Chi. Get ready to kick, jab and skip to a new level of fitness!
 
CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING
Spinning
A traditional spinning class of 45 to 60 minutes. Spinning is the Fitness industry’s top cardiovascular fitness class.
 
Bootcamp
Bootcamp involves a series of cardiovascular intervals using running, plyometrics, step and skipping. Prime focus is on cardiovascular conditioning. An hour and 15 minute class combining high and low impact movements.
 
Ultra Spin
For the avid spinner or endurance athlete. A 90-minute cardiovascular challenge.
 
Hip Hop and Salsa
Using hip-hop and salsa dance moves to engage in low impact cardiovascular conditioning class with a Latin/Hip Hop flare.
 
Stability Ball Interval
A 60-minute interval workout of 5 minutes cardio and 5 minutes strength training performed on the ball. This class focuses on all the major muscle groups and has a prime focus on strength conditioning and cardiovascular conditioning. Weight training intervals are performed on a stability ball.
 
BOSU
BOSU is a 30-minute cardiovascular and 30-minute strength training class that will challenge your balance and stability. Class is performed on a BOSU ball.
 
SPECIALTY TRAINING
Group Power
A 60-minute barbell class. A full body workout set to motivating music. Sign up at the front desk and don’t forget your token.
 
Core Conditioning / Core Abs
Structured core training for your core muscles with the emphasis being on strengthening abdominals, gluteals and spinal extensors.
 
Core Stability On The Ball
This Core Conditioning class is performed on the stability ball with a focus on balance and stability. Abdominal and core muscles are the focus.
 
Stretch
This 45-minute class incorporates 30 minutes of exercises specifically designed to focus on stretches that will increase flexibility.
 
On The Ball
Enjoy the benefits of this stability ball based total body workout. You will improve your balance, coordination and core strength. All fitness levels will enjoy and benefit.
 
Body Sculpt
A fun non-impact muscular strength and endurance workout utilizing body bars, dumbbells and other equipment.
 
Body Sculpt On The Ball
This class gives a combination of muscular strength and endurance as well as developing balance, coordination and core fitness. An all levels class.

Hatha Yoga
Join our experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through basic yoga poses and stretched that will not only tone your muscles and increase your flexibility but leave you feeling connected with your mind, body and spirit.
 
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga is for those who have been practicing Yoga and are familiar with Yoga postures. Participants move through a series of asanas. These asanas build on one another increasing concentration, flexibility and strength in a very straightforward and systematic way. Other benefits are increased stamina and a calm mind.
 
Pilates
The focus of this class is on proper alignment and movement patterns of the spine, pelvis and shoulders. Pilates creates a strong flexible body while increasing abdominal strength and core stability.
 
Fusion
Fusion is the perfect blend of Yoga, Pilates and strength training. Participants will be challenged to improve their balance and flexibility, stamina and strength while focusing the mind.
