| An aerobic conditioning and muscle
toning fitness class performed in the water. The
pool is open only to AquaFit participants. |

Run |
| Water Run is an intense cardiovascular
workout designed to alleviate stress on the joints
while maximizing your cardiovascular running ability.
Prior swimming experience is a requirement. The pool
is open only to Water Run participants. |

| MasterSwim |
| Master Swim is an intensive swim
workout designed to give the master swimmer an integrative
workout and to improve upon their swimming skills.
The pool is open only to Master Swim participants. |

| Fluid
Motion |
| Gentle Aquafit wearing a flotation
belt - we take all of the weight off the skeletal
and exercise the muscles. Gently strengthening all
muscle groups with absolutely no strain on joints.
Very refreshing and healing. The instructor will
modify exercise for personal ailments i.e. tendonitis,
arthritis, hip or knee injuries or replacements.
Excellent class for any type of back pain as the
exercise will stretch and strengthen the spine. Pool
is closed except to those participating in the program. |

Class |
| Great water workout! Cardio calorie
burning & muscle strengthening. The noodle is
integrated into the class to add resistance giving
you a great workout with very little stress on your
joints. Make sure you bring your water bottle! Pool

| A diversified class using deep and
shallow water while involving various equipment for
resistance. Pool is closed except to those participating
in the program. |

Turbo |
| High powered aquatic workout. A
challenging, energized combination of kick box circuit
and propulsion moves for a high intensity class.

Boat Training |
| The pool is open to lane swimmers,
although Dragonboat Paddlers will be using several
sections of the pool area wall mixed with swimming
drills. |
