Mayfair Plus Contest Rules & Regulations

  1. No purchase necessary.
  2. Contest open to members of Mayfair Clubs who are enrolled in the Mayfair Plus program,
    excluding Mayfair Clubs employees, their immediate families, dealers, agents and affiliated
    companies of Mayfair Clubs.
  3. Winner(s) will be selected at random from Mayfair Plus members.
  4. Prizes will be awarded on a monthly basis, and will vary at the discretion of Mayfair Clubs
    Management. Prize must be accepted as awarded: no substitutes, refunds, transfers or cash
    equivalent payments permitted. Mayfair Clubs has the right to substitute prizes of equal value
    as necessary.
  5. Winner must meet all contest requirements and must have correctly answered a skill-testing
    question. Management reserves the right to publish the name and/or photograph of the
    winner.
  6. Winner will be contacted by phone or email. Judge’s decision is final. Winner has 5 business
    days to respond to claim their prize. Should winner fail to claim their prize, prize will be
    forfeited, and a new winner will be selected on the following business day.
  7. Odds of winning depend on number of Mayfair Clubs members enrolled in the Mayfair Plus
    program at time of prize draw.
  8. The winner must abide by these rules and regulations.
