Spring is almost here which means summer is around the corner!! Have you put together your 2012 fitness plan yet? Book an assessment and try our new complete body composition weight scale. We can tell you what you real age is, how much muscle mass you have in each limb, Body fat % as well as how much visceral fat you have around your organs and so much more. It will give you a great way to base and track your progress in the gym. It is better to know, than to not know and find out down the road you should have done more regarding your health.
Group Core class as well as a Step Interval class will be coming to theMayfairthis month. Watch the schedules for these up coming classes.
On June 14 from 4pm-7pm, will be our annual Heart and Stroke Spin a Thon. The difference this year is that it will be a club wide event including Tennis, Squash and Yoga in the park. This year’s event isMayfair’s Sport for Heart event and we are planning to have it become a huge success for many years to come.
If you have tight hips, hamstrings, glutes and shoulders or just want to feel loose all over make sure you experience ‘Fascial Stretch Therapy’ –our athletic stretching program. We have a new trainer Katherine Williamson here just focusing on stretching clients. She will be giving out free demos so make sure you sign up and try it out. Your body will love you for it! If you enjoy Pilates then the Reformer is a great way to take your Pilates training to the next level. We offer private, semi-private and now, group training sessions with a certified Pilates instructor. For pricing details pick up a Pilates info package or call Brad at ext.2239.
The Powerplate is now available for all members to use. Please be sure to check out the contraindications sheet before using or call Brad to book a demo session.
