Dear Valued Member
This is to advise you and keep you updated regarding a new tracking policy we are implementing in all clubs, with respect to our group exercise program.
Just as you currently do with the spinning program, members are now required to sign up upon arrival to the club for all other group x programs. The sign in program is already implemented at the Lakeshore and will now become universal at all Mayfair Clubs due to its success.
On arrival to the club, our reception team will reserve and record your name. On class day the sign in sheet will be available 2 hours prior to the class starting. You will sign beside your name confirming your presence. The instructor will take the sign in sheet 5 minutes before the class starts, verifying all reservations.
Late comers or walk in members who have not reserved a spot, are admitted at the discretion of the instructor and are required to sign in at the door.
