Begin by contacting the Fitness Department at your Club. The Fitness Manager will match you with the Trainer that is most compatible to you, based on the specialization of the trainer and your personal requirements and preferences.
Your Personal Trainer will conduct a complimentary in-depth Athletic Analysis. Together, you will set realistic short and long-term goals.
After your assessment, your Personal Trainer will design a personalized fitness program that will evolve as you progress.
