Please check your health care plan for extended health coverage for Registered Massage Therapy services. Mayfair Spa does not bill your plan directly. We can provide you with appropriate receipts to obtain reimbursement as it applies.

First-time visitors are requested to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a confidential health care form.

All of Mayfair Spa’s Massage Therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists and are regulated health practitioners.
