“I’ve worked at Mayfair Clubs for over 30 years and it truly is my second home,” says Nick Tsipis, Food and Beverage Manager at Mayfair West Bistro. “Just as in my own home, I always look forward to getting into the kitchen and then preparing healthy and delicious meals for members and their guests!” Nick prides himself in making the dining experience mouthwatering and unforgettable, always ensuring he satisfies his customers’ palates with his delicious work.
