YEAR-ROUND INDOOR SALT WATER POOL
Aquafit takes place on Mondays and Fridays at 9:30-10:30
and on Tuesdays. Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 11:15a.m – 12:15p.m.
Training in salt water is beneficial for a complete workout. The indoor pool at West uses a new salt system technology, for its sanitizing benefits without the irritants of combined chlorine to swimmers, such as burning eyes and the caustic smell.
The pool is open to anyone over the age of 16 years. Those who are underage must be directly supervised by a parent/guardian, 16 years of age or older. An adult must accompany children 10 years of age and under at all times. Adults must be within arms’ reach of the child at all times.
A schedule is posted at the West to inform you of times for Recreational Swim, Lane Swim and all available classes including instructional lessons for beginners, stroke mastery for intermediate and advanced swimmers and much more. For information about the variety of swim classes, click here.
