Fitness Schedule

The schedules are updated regularly and changes are also posted in the club.
We have some new classes that have been added to our Group Ex schedule: Ashtanga Yoga on Monday’s at 6:15am, Spin on Monday’s at 12:30pm, athletic stretch and core on Wednesday’s at 11:00am and Bosu blast on Thursdays at 9am!
Please note that in the event of low attendance in classes, the class will be put on a 2 week probation. If there are not enough people to support the class after two weeks, the class will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
