Participants are divided into three groups and will rotate to complete a full circuit.

Get ready for an intense metabolic training class designed to take your performance to the next level. This four station workout circuit uses battle ropes, skipping ropes, rowing machines, and a host of other strength equipment. After a warm up, participants will work out in five, minute-long intervals at each station before moving on to the next exercise.
