We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Full-time Soccer Instructor that enjoys teaching young adults the theories and fundamentals of soccer at our Lakeshore location for the 2023 summer season.

The Soccer Instructor role is critical in overseeing all aspects of team operations including player development, off-field parent communication and designing customized training. This position is responsible for leading team sessions and games in accordance with Club policies and curriculum.

What You Will Do?

• Provide soccer instructions and coaching to members between the ages of 4 -12
• Ensure development plan and program designs are in line with club curriculum
• Plan and execute all training sessions
• Ability to effectively communication and implement best practices and soccer fundamentals

What You Need to be Successful

• Previous experience working with kids between the ages of 4-12
• Previous experience designing resources and development plans related to soccer curriculum
• “Learn to Play” certification is required
• First Aid & CPR Standard C certification is required
• Expert verbal and written communication skills is a must
• Previous soccer teaching experience is an asset
• Demonstrated time management, conflict management and stress management skills required
• Ability to work flexible hours (8 hours a day) including weekends
• Available from June 30 – September 1, 2023
