Please Welcome Back Dan Harland!
We’re excited to welcome back Dan Harland, a returning member of the Mayfair team!
Dan played a key role in supporting Mayfair Clubs during the COVID crisis by teaching online classes—many of which are still available in our online library.
With a degree in Kinesiology and certification as a CSCS-trained coach, Dan brings an extensive background in biomechanics, as well as prehab and rehab mechanics.

NEW! Functional Strength Training with Dan Harland
Available | 55 Minutes | Wednesdays 11:30am
This program builds strength from the ground up. The class is designed to systematically build upon basic functional movements that gradually increase in complexity and load challenge. You may elect to use weights or your own body weight. Either way its a challenging class. the class will ultimately benefit you by improving mobility, spatial, awareness and body control. This class is for everyone.

NEW! Prehab Biomechanics Training with Dan Harland

Prehab is the stage before rehab. Most injuries are idiopathic in nature and tend to be the accumulation of macro trauma from incorrect training, lifestyle habits, and imbalances in the muscle systems.
Prehab educates and addresses issues BEFORE they arrive at the next stage. The aim is to build a fence at the top of the cliff rather than a clinic at the bottom. Come join us for this unique approach to training.

Tabata Boot Camp with Aamir Lakdawala
Available | 50 Minutes | Wednesdays at 6:30 AM
A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class delivered in a boot camp style. Workouts follow a 20-second work, 10-second rest format, designed to maximize post-exercise calorie burn. Your metabolism will keep working long after the class is over.

Spartan Workout
Available | 55 Minutes | Mondays at 7:00 PM
A gritty, garage-style workout focused on functional movement patterns. This strength and cardio-based program features plyometrics, bodyweight exercises, and compound movements to build strength and mobility across multiple joints.
