Butt Burner Boot Camp
Available | 1 Hour| Mondays at 6:00 with Gabriella Acre
Be prepared to work! Specifically targeting the butt and legs, this class is designed to burn fat, strengthen, and shape legs that that will stop traffic. As an added bonus, these moves are dynamic enough that they also engage the core muscles (abs, lower back, obliques, diaphragm, and pelvic floor), as well. Barrelotes (Saturday Class @ 9:30am starting in April)

Core Flow Yoga

Core Flow is a class that integrates various disciplines to achieve the goals of core integrity, strength, control and movement ease; Vinyasas are taken between sequences of poses, building heat in the body as it moves. Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat is a series of floor exercises designed by Joseph Pilates that focus on breath, concentration, control, centering and precision. These exercises are designed to uniformly strengthen the body as a whole creating a balance of strength and flexibility. Boot Camp
