Power Pump is a head-to-toe workout that incorporates barbells, dumbbells, core, and functional training into one highly intensive workout. Stability Ball

A form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) presented in bootcamp format. The workouts are short in duration, using a 20 sec work, 10 sec rest protocol. Cycle Fit
50 Minutes | Mondays | 6pm with Martine Fletcher
Cycle Fit cycling classes are an excellent way to enhance your cardiovascular fitness and improve your lower body strength. 45 to 60 minutes of traditional cycling drills to work the heart and lungs together with the large muscle groups of the legs.
