FLIGHT YOGA

POWER UP

Power Up class Series -The Power Up Series of classes exploits the use of 60% of 1 rep max exercise protocols. This class develops strength power, coordination, and technique. The POWER UP series of classes’ consists of anywhere from 5 to 25 exercises, each done for 30 seconds, repeated thru 4 to 6 cycles. The instructor will decide on a total body, upper body, lower body, core workout or a combination of all.
