Club Locker is an all-in-one rankings, tournament, ladders  and league management platform that is currently being used by US Squash, the World Squash Federation, England Squash and Squash Canada.  Squash Ontario, in conjunction with Squash Canada, went through an extensive RFP process from 2016-2018 to select a unified platform that will best serve its membership.

All Mayfair squash members will use this platform to enter score and see their ranking at the club.

Mayfair Head Squash Pro will administer all tournaments,leagues and ladders through club locker platform.

Power Up class Series -The Power Up Series of classes exploits the use of 60% of 1 rep max exercise protocols. This class develops strength power, coordination, and technique. The instructor will decide on a total body, upper body, lower body, core workout or a combination of all. Fall swimming lessons have now started since the week of Monday September 16^th until December 1^st.  Register Today!

Lessons run the following times:

Monday-Friday 10:20 am-3:30 pm (open swim with 1 lane available for lessons)

Monday & Wednesday 3:30-7:00 pm

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 3:30-8:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday 9:00-4:30 pm (12:00-1:00 pm break)

The Mayfair Swim Team will continue to practice on Thursdays from 7:00-8:00 pm. To join the swim team, a participant must have all Swimmer Levels (1-6) completed.

Additionally, we are currently running Bronze courses for those who are 12+ and want to work towards becoming a certified Instructor/Lifeguard. If candidates are deemed unsuccessful, they do have the option to challenge the course material.

If your child has completed all swimming levels and would like to continue with lessons, we offer a Sports Fundamentals class, where candidates will focus on stroke improvement, pre-lifeguarding skills and more. 

To proceed with lessons, a registration form is required; you may find the form at the club, or on our Mayfair website.

AQUA FIT CLASSES

Mayfair offers great Aqua Fit programs that are included with the membership.

Sessions will include various formats of resistance training, cardiovascular fitness, toning & strengthening.  These low impact classes are appropriate for all fitness levels & reduce stress/strain on the joints, while strengthening the body.

Our Junior Golf Clinic offers your child a place to learn golf from certified golf professionals in a fun and motivating environment. Calling all Junior Jays! Mayfair’s baseball athletes swing for the fences in a 10-week program that calls on both veteran and beginner players. INTRODUCTION TO BRIDGE LESSONS

6 weeks | Mondays | November 4, 11, 18 & 25| 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Join our bridge program and learn all you need to know about the game from World Champion, Daniel Lavee. These lessons are suitable if you have never played bridge before. Register at the front desk.

Evening BRIDGE CLUB – LED BY DANIEL LAVEE

Thursdays | 6:30 – 9:30 P.M.

Join our new Lakeshore Bridge Club! Players should be experienced and/ or have completed Bridge Level 3 with Daniel. 

Maximum of 24 players per night. 

Cost: $120 (members), $145 (non-members) for 8 weeks. (exclude holidays).

Takes place in the multi gym.
