  • Mayfair West Junior Tennis Registration

    Registration for our Fall Junior Tennis program begins on July 1st for Mayfair members. We offer small class sizes for all ages and levels from 4 years old and up. After-school and weekend classes are available. Sign up for swimming and tennis by September 9th to receive a 5% discount on Fall tennis.

  • Mayfair West Summer Tennis Camps

    June 24 - August 30

    $90 per day, $55 per half-day, $400 per week

    Our Summer Tennis Camps will be running from Monday, June 24th until Friday, August 30th. Full-day, half-day and full week options are available for juniors of all ages and skill levels. The early-bird discount ($5 per day) is available two weeks before the week of the camp in which you’re registered. Daily sibling discounts are also available.   • Mayfair West Summer Challenge Ladder

    May 27 – September 15

    The three-month Summer session of the Mayfair West Singles Challenge Ladder begins on May 27th and runs until mid-September. This is your chance to play singles matches and be grouped with players based on your tennis rating. Box winners will receive monthly prizes and there will be session prizes handed out in at the end of the three-month session (January to April) for the players with the most points and for those who played all their matches. The cost to join is $30 + HST (which covers participation until the end of April) and registration forms will be available at the front desk.   • Doubles Leagues

    May 14 – August 31

    Mayfair West will have a variety of Ladies’ Doubles Leagues for players of various skill levels. Ladies Leagues are available Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30-12:30 for home matches.   • Summer Play Package

    Not interested in playing in the heat, sun and wind? Enjoy comfortable, indoor climate by signing up for our Summer Play Package. This pass allows you to book an unlimited number of court hours (conditions apply) from May 1st to August 31st at a substantially reduced rate. We also offer an additional package of ten private lessons at an additional fee.   • SPORT CAMPS

    June 24-August 30 | 9:00 PM - 4:00 PM |

    This Summer, fill your child’s days with learning specific sport skills and drills, educational components and lots of fun! Morning, afternoon and full-day options available, as well as lunch options at no additional cost. Tennis is included in the morning half and recreational swimming is included in the afternoon session with the option for instructional swim (at an additional fee). Member pricing is $85 for full-day camp, $55 for half-day camp (non-member pricing available as well).  To sign up, contact Laura Tichonchuk at westcoordinator@mayfairclubs.com or at extension 4248. Camp registration forms are also available on our website.

     

  • LUNCH CRUNCH

    Now Available | 1/2 HR | Tuesday and Thursday Afternoon at 12:30 pm with Al Greene/Katie Snow

    Lunch Crunch is a 30 minute full body interval workout that includes cardio, strength, core, and Plyometric conditioning modalities.   • POWER PUMP

    Now Available | 1 HR | Tuesday Mornings at 10:00 am with Al Greene/Kerry Lloyd

    Power Pump is a head to toe workout that incorporates barbells, dumbbells, core and functional training into one highly intensive workout. The benefits include bone health, balance, improved range of motion, along with overall muscular strength and conditioning. This will be a great compliment to the Group Power class. Please note that this class will be set up as a week on, week off class. The time slot will be shared with Group Power taught by Kerry Lloyd.   • ZUMBA (SUNDAY MORNING

  • FUNCTIONAL SPINAL HEALTH (ELDOA)

    Now Available | 1 HR | Thursday Mornings at 10:00 am with Victoria Whitmey

    Functional Spinal Health is a class that promotes overall joint health but pays particular attention to spinal health. You may notice an improvement in joint mechanics, Increased blood flow, reduced pressure on the discs of the spine, reduction of pain, spinal disc re-hydration, better muscle tone, improved posture and a general sense of well-being and awareness.   • WEIGHT TRAINING FOR WOMEN

    Now Available | 1 HR | MONDAY EVENINGS AT 6:30 pm with Katie Snow

    A class that will help you lose body fat, gain strength without bulk, decrease your risk of osteoporosis, heart disease, diabetes, back pain, and improve athletic performance.   • PARENT & TOT PROGRAM, PRESCHOOL A-E & SWIMMER 1-6

    | September - November | Monday – Thursday 4:00 - 8:00 | Saturday - Sunday 9:00 - 6:00 |

    Our preschool levels are designed for students from ages 2-5. Students work on their floats, glides, flutter kicks, side breathing, front & back swim.

    Our swimmer levels are for all swimmers ages 6+ Swimmers are taught the proper swim techniques and skills. Our swim instructors works with each child individually to make sure that they are taught the proper swimming skills and techniques.  Each student will be working on progressions steps throughout the session in order to accomplish the swim levels.  Private classes, Semi-private classes and or Group lessons are available. All classes are 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour.

     

  • SPORT FUNDAMENTAL PROGRAM

    September - November | Monday – Sunday

    Semi-private classes and or group lessons are available.

    The Sport Program focuses on all stroke improvements, sprints and endurance changes. Participants will complete challenging skills sequences, covering all swim strokes and some pre-life-guarding skills.

     

  • ROOKIE, RANGER & RANGER STAR

    September – November | Monday - Thursday or Saturday & Sunday

    This course is for students who has completed all swim levels and are looking for a challenge. Swim patrol training puts your child on route to Life-guarding.

     

  • BRONZE STAR, BRONZE MEDALLION & BRONZE CROSS:

    September – November | Sunday Times: 9.00-11:00

    Bronze medallion and Bronze Cross program programs are design for all candidates who are seeking a trill in the lifeguarding challenge.  Bronze star candidates must be 12 years old. Bronze Med candidates must be 13 years of age & Bronze cross candidate must be 13+ and have bronze medallion +emergency first aid.

  • PARENT & TOT AQUAFIT

    Start September – November | Wednesday & Friday| 10:00 & 10:30|

    This unique swim class for parents and tots (5 months -2 years) is a great combination of fitness and fun for everyone. Each 45-50 minute class includes an Aquafit workout for parents, followed by a parent and tot swim program

     

  • ADVANCED SWIMMING: SWIM TEAM

    September – November | Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 or Saturday 5:00-6:00

    This program is designed for swimmers who have completed all of their swim levels and want to improve their overall physical fitness in the water. The swim team provides a structured approach based on training principles and practices. Participants will be encouraged to set their own goals through interval training.

     

  • ADULT FITNESS SWIM

    September – November | Tuesday or Wednesday 7:00-8:00

    Must know how to swim

    The Adult fitness swim program is for individuals seeking an alternative to conventional fitness. The program is designed to enhance competitive swimming abilities, improve swim stroke technique and personal fitness. With proper training, you will build up endurance so you can swim continuously without stopping. You will also improve swim strokes and breathing through drills.

  • WEST AQUATICS SWIM LESSON REFERRAL PROGRAM PROMOTION

    Refer a new swimmer and receive a $10.00 discount. (Referred students must be someone how has never taken swim lessons at Mayfair)

  • MULTI GYM SUMMER HOURS

    Effective June 26

    Multi Gym summer hours will be in effect as of Wednesday, June 26. To view the multi gym schedule, Click Here.

    With more options to book the multi gym to suit your own activities, this is a great place to spend some time with family and friends. Bookings can be done up to seven days in advance and must be done a minimum of 2 hours before scheduled time. Please note that a no show fee will be applied to those who book it and do not show up 5 minutes into the gym booking. To reserve the multi gym, Contact Laura Tichonchuk at westcoordinator@mayfairclubs.com or at extension 4248 OR Front Desk at 416 638 1010

     

  • KIDSPACE SUMMER HOURS

    Effective June 29

    Kidspace summer hours will be in effect as of Saturday June 29. Monday- Friday: 9am-1pm. Saturday & Sunday 10am-2pm. Kidspace will be CLOSED Sunday, June 30 & Monday, July 1. Extended hours are available upon request with at least 48 hours notice. Contact Laura Tichonchuk at westcoordinator@mayfairclubs.com or at extension 4248.
