    • EXPERT CORNER: PETER STRAUB

    • March Break Tennis Camp

      March 13-17 | $90 per full day, $55 per half-day, $400 for full week

      Tennis camps will be running during March Break. Full-day, morning and afternoon options are available.

      Full-day campers receive two hours of tennis in the morning and afternoon, lunch is provided as well as recreational swim to end the day. For AM campers, tennis and lunch is included. For PM campers, tennis and swim is included. We also offer instructional swim at a daily rate of $9.50 + HST.     • Mayfair Challenge Ladder

      Jan 15 – April 30 | TBA | Session | $30

      The three-month Winter session of the Mayfair West Singles Challenge Ladder begins on January 15th and runs until the end of April. This is your chance to play singles matches and be grouped with players based on your tennis rating.

      Box winners will receive monthly prizes and there will be session prizes handed out in at the end of the three-month session (January to April) for the players with the most points and for those who played all their matches. The cost to join is $30 + HST (which covers participation until the end of April) and registration forms will be available at the front desk.     • Doubles Leagues

      Oct. 1 – April 30 | Times vary | Session | Prices vary

      Mayfair West will have a variety of Ladies’, Men’s and Mixed Doubles Leagues for players of various skill levels. Ladies Leagues are available Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10:30-12:30 and Thursdays 11:30-1:30 for home matches. Mixed Leagues are available on Saturday afternoons 3:30-5:30pm for home matches.     • New Times for Elite Small Group Training

      Monday at 2:00pm  Elite Tennis Small Group Training  with Rita
      Wednesday at 12:00pm  Elite Small group Training with Claudio
      Thursday at 6:15am  Elite Small Group Training with Jennie

      Elite small group training is performed in groups of 3 to 6 people.  The class is performed on the Matrex Connexus Perimeter Unit.  All participants will be trained with multi joint sport specific movements. Perfect for tennis players or members who are looking to change up there routine.

    • *NEW* SHOT CALLER

      1 HR | Wednesday Evenings at 7:30pm with Johnny DeSousa

      This is a fun, high energy class that is ever changing.  Although it is a bootcamp class, it’s nothing like you’ve done before. We use hammers, bosus, trampolines, weights, heavy ropes, TRX and much more. Class spirit is a major staple of this workout.     • *NEW* POWER PUMP

      1 HR | Tuesday Mornings at 10:00 am with Al Greene/Kerry Lloyd

      Power Pump is a head to toe workout that incorporates barbells, dumbbells, core and functional training into one highly intensive workout. The benefits include bone health, balance, improved range of motion, along with overall muscular strength and conditioning. This will be a great compliment to the Group Power class.  Please note that this class will be set up as a week on, week off class.       1 HR | Wednesday Evenings at 5:30 with Venessa Coda ; Sunday Mornings at 9:00 am with Livia Pataki

      This is a fun, high energy class that is ever changing.  Come sweat it out to the rhythms of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Bachata, Reggaeton, Calypso and other Latin beats.       1 HR | Thursday Mornings at 10:00 am with Victoria Whitmey

      Functional Spinal Health is a class that promotes overall joint health but pays particular attention to spinal health. You may notice an improvement in joint mechanics, Increased blood flow, reduced pressure on the discs of the spine, reduction of pain, spinal disc re-hydration, better muscle tone, improved posture and a general sense of well-being and awareness.       1 HR | Monday Evenings at 6:30pm with Katie Snow

      A class that will help you lose body fat, gain strength without bulk, decrease your risk of osteoporosis, heart disease, diabetes, back pain, and improve athletic performance.       WEST AQUATICS SWIM LESSON REFERRAL PROGRAM PROMOTION:
      Refer a new swimmer and receive a $10.00 discount. Referred students must be someone who has never taken swim lessons at Mayfair Clubs before.

    • PARENT & TOT PROGRAM, PRESCHOOL A-E & SWIMMER 1-6

      April 15 – June 17 | Monday –Thursday 4:00-8:00 | Saturday - Sunday 9:00-6:00

      Our preschool levels are designed for students from ages 2-5. Students work on their floats, glides, flutter kicks, side breathing, front & back swim. Our swimmer levels are for all swimmers ages 6+. Swimmers are taught proper swim techniques and skills. Our swim instructors work with each child individually to make sure that they are taught proper swimming skills and techniques.  Each student will be working on progressive steps throughout the session in order to accomplish the swim levels.  Private classes, Semi-private classes and or Group lessons are available. All classes are 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour.

    • SPORT FUNDAMENTAL PROGRAM

      April 15 – June 17 | Monday – Sunday

      Semi-private classes and or Group lessons are available. The Sport program focuses on all stroke improvements, sprints and endurance. Participants will complete challenging skills sequences, covering all swim strokes and some pre-lifeguarding skills.

    • ROOKIE, RANGER & RANGER STAR

      April 15- June 17 | Monday -Thursday or Saturday & Sunday

      This course is for students who has completed all swim levels and are looking for a challenge. Swim patrol training puts your child en route to Lifeguarding.

    • BRONZE STAR, BRONZE MEDALLION & BRONZE CROSS

      Sunday April 14 -June 16 | Times: 9:00-11:00

      Bronze medallion and Bronze Cross program programs are designed for all candidates who are seeking the thrill of the lifeguarding challenge.  Bronze star candidates must be 12yrs old. Bronze Med candidates must be 13 year of age & Bronze cross candidates must be 13+ and have bronze medallion +emergency first aid.

    • PARENT & TOT AQUAFIT

      April 19 – June 14 | Wednesday & Friday | 10:00 & 10:30

      This unique swim class for parents and tots (5 months -2 years) is a great combination of fitness and fun for everyone. Each 45-50 minute class includes an Aquafit workout for parents, followed by a parent and tot swim program.

    • ADVANCED SWIMMING:  SWIM TEAM

      April – June | Tuesdays 6:30PM - 7:30PM or Saturday 5:00PM - 6:00PM

      This program is designed for swimmers who have completed all of their swim levels and want to improve their overall physical fitness in the water. The swim team provides a structured approach based on training principles and practices. Participants will be encouraged to set their own goals through interval training.

    • ADULT FITNESS SWIM

      April – June | Tuesday or Wednesday 7:00-8:00

      Participants must know how to swim. The Adult fitness swim program is for individuals seeking an alternative to conventional fitness. The program is designed to enhance competitive swimming abilities, improve swim stroke technique and personal fitness. With proper training, you will build up endurance so you can swim continuously without stopping. You will also improve swim strokes and breathing through drills.

    • SPORT CAMPS - MARCH BREAK

      March 11-15 & March 18-22  | 9:00am-4:00pm 

      This March Break, fill your child’s days with learning specific sport skills and drills. Morning, afternoon and full-day options available, as well as lunch options at no additional cost. Recreational swimming is included in the afternoon session with the option for instructional swim (at an additional fee). Member pricing is $85 for full-day camp, $55 for half-day camp (non-member pricing available as well).     • KARATE

      March | Monday & Saturday |  Various Start Times 

      Session 3 for Karate begins this month. Work with our Senei’s to develop your skills and earn your belts. Monday classes begin March 18. Ages 4-6 run from 5:10-5:40pm and ages 7+ run from 5:45-6:30pm. Saturday classes begin March 23.     • HIP HOP

      March | Sunday | 9:30am or 10:15am 

      Session 3 for Hip Hop begins this month! Learn dance fundamentals while incorporating games and fun activities to music. Sunday classes begin March 24.     • BASKETBALL

      Session 3 for Basketball begins this month. Saturday classes begin March 23.
