New classes coming this Fall!
Power Up class Series -The Power Up Series of classes exploits the use of 60% of 1 rep max exercise protocols. This class develops strength power, coordination, and technique. The POWER UP series of classes’ consists of anywhere from 5 to 25 exercises, each done for 30 seconds, repeated thru 4 to 6 cycles. The instructor will decide on either a total body, upper body, lower body, core workout or a combination of all. If you want to burn some serious calories and reshape your body via increased metabolic rate, then this is the class for you.
Power Up Total Body– The POWER UP TOTAL BODY class consists of anywhere from 5 to 25 total body exercises, each done for 30 seconds, repeated thru 4 to 6 cycles. This class will work the entire body with multi joint full body exercises. If you want to burn some serious calories and reshape your body via increased metabolic rate, then this is the class for you.

Power Up -Core – The CORE is where all the power comes from. In order to establish a good stable base from which to work, you need a good strong Core. This class develops strength power, coordination, and technique. The POWER UP CORE class consists of anywhere from 5 to 25 exercises, each done for 30 seconds, repeated thru 4 to 6 cycles. If you want to burn some serious calories and reshape via increased metabolic rate, and build a powerful mid section, then this is the class for you.
Countdown – The Countdown, is a multi dimensional, exercise class that has you doing 8 exercises 10 reps, 10 cycles utilizing the every minute on the minute (EMOM) format counting down to a single rep. Sounds simple but don’t let the simplicity fool you. The class is over when the last rep is done. Always changing, never the same class twice.
Tabata Blast – A Tabata Format class, The Tabata Blast has you doing 4 or 5 rounds, 2 exercises per round, 1 cardio, 1 strength. Using the Tabata protocol this class will take you to the limit. Body composition redesign is the goal with this class. Come check it out.
Go Row – This class is all about teamwork. 4 to 8 teams work to hit distance or workload bench marks set up by the instructor. The race is on to see to gets there first. We then sprinkle in some extra cardio and conditioning work to round out the workout.
