Welcome back to Mayfair West! We wanted to take a moment to thank all of our members for supporting Mayfair Clubs over the past several weeks. It has been a roller coaster of a year and we know that your Mayfair experience has changed. Our teams are doing everything they can to ensure a safe space for you to enjoy and we thank you for your patience during this time.
Mayfair West High Performance Red/Orange ProgramSeptember 21, 2020 – June 21, 2020 | Prices vary
New this year, our highly regarded High Performance Tennis Program (led by Head Coach Eddie Brisbois) will be expanding to include Red and Orange programs for kids age 4-8. This intensive program will introduce kids to the technical, physical, and psychological training required for kids to reach their highest potential. A minimum two-day-a-week commitment is required, with programming running after school on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. To apply, you can fill out the brochure located on our website. Mayfair West Junior TennisSeptember 12 – December 18 | Prices vary
Our Junior Tennis program returns in September. We will be offering small-group classes for kids of all levels, ranging in age from 4 to 16. After-school and weekend time slots available for all groups. To register, please fill out our brochure located on our website and e-mail it back to Josh Weissman at firstname.lastname@example.org. Junior Assessments/TryoutsSept. 8-9 | Times Vary | Free of charge
To help ensure your child is registered for the correct tennis program, we are offering complimentary tryouts. For the new Red/Orange High Performance Program, tryouts will take place on Tuesday, September 8th at 4:30-6:30pm. For our progressive tennis program, we are offering complimentary assessments. You can arrive on Tuesday, September 8th or Wednesday, September 9th, anytime between 6:30pm and 8:30pm. No RSVP required. The assessment will take approximately 15-20 minutes and will be an opportunity to consult with our Tennis Professionals regarding the program.
Ladies League returns in October (tryouts in September)October 2020 – March 2021 | $24 + HST per match
Mayfair West offers a variety of Ladies League doubles teams for players ranging in level from 3.0 to 4.5. Matches will take place weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, beginning the first week of October. Home games begin at 10:30am and lunch will be included in each player’s weekly participation fee. Mayfair West Team TennisOctober 2020 – December 2020 | Cost: TBA
We are bringing back one of our most popular programs: Mayfair West Team Tennis allows you to sign up with a partner (or we find you one) and play a weekly match against another Mayfair West team in your division. If one player is unavailable, we get you a sub. Session 1 will run from October to December. We will then look for the winners of each division (if they so choose) to play the winners of each division from the other Mayfair locations in the FINALS. Session 2 will run from January to April with the same rules.
Youth Personal Training Promotion for Fall (Ages 8-12 years)
After months of inactivity, it is time to get your child off their phone and get active. Book with one of our certified trainers and your kids can train in one of our socially distanced personal training stations.
Each station is equipped with core training equipment to focus on training for full body weight. Our trainers will teach your children the proper techniques to strengthen their core.
Focus will be on light free weights and proper biomechanics of strength training.

Private Stott Pilates Package Promotion
Stott Pilates is the safest and most effective full body workout and one that all medical professionals recommend. Mayfair West is offering a fall promotion for our Pilates program. Pilates can build strong lean muscles and keep your body strong and healthy.
Pilates is the perfect socially distanced workout as you train one on one in our private studio.

We are excited to welcome everyone back to Group Fitness this fall. We will be operating a reduced class schedule for onsite group fitness classes to allow for social distancing until further notice. If there is a class or schedule adjustment you’d like to request – please email Al Greene at email@example.com and we will see what we can do to accommodate the change.
Coming this September | Mayfair Clubs On Demand Classes Online
Group Fitness classes will be offered online this September with all your favorite instructors on demand. Classes will include the following genres: Strength and Conditioning, Pilates, Dance, HIIT, Group Cycling, Boot Camp, Meditation, Tai Chi, Yoga and much more! Fall Swimming Lessons
Registration for our fall swimming lessons is now open. Our sessions begin Saturday September 12, 2020. For health and safety reasons, we are only running private and semi-private lessons for children of the same household.
Our COVID Response:
As per Government Regulations, our instructors will be teaching lessons wearing appropriate PPE in the water and will teach while practicing social distancing. Instructors will be ready to provide your children with limited hands on contact/correction if needed.

Based on the level of interest provided, we will be resuming Aquafit classes. Until further notice, classes will only be held on:
- Mondays from 11:20am to 12:20pm with Marina
- Fridays from 10:10am to 11:10am with Olena
Please note the following policies:
- Maximum of 10 participants per class. Our front desk team will be monitoring numbers upon your arrival, spots provided on a first come first serve basis.
- You must have an active membership to participate in Aquafit. If you would like to reactivate your membership please contact Magda Diaz, our Club Manager at email@example.com
- Showers and Change Rooms are now open.
- Members must supply their own equipment. Specifically, if you like to use equipment (e.g., dumbbells, gloves, noodles, etc.), then you will be required to bring your own. On that note, should you require an essential piece of equipment (e.g., a belt in the deep end), we will be able to provide this, but still recommend you supply your own.
- We will be monitoring weekly numbers for our Aquafit classes. If we do not generate enough interest in the current schedule provided, then we will have to revisit the schedule.
