The Mayfair Clubs Pickleball Referral Program rewards existing members for introducing new members to our pickleball community at Mayfair Parkway. When a current member refers a friend who signs up for a new paid Pickleball membership, at Mayfair Parkway, the referring member receives complimentary pickleball court time at Mayfair Parkway as a reward.

Eligibility

  • Open to active Platinum Tennis, Squash, or Pickleball members at all locations.
  • Members from Mayfair West or Mayfair Lakeshore may also refer friends to join Mayfair Parkway as a new Adult Pickleball Member and receive the same reward.
  • Members under 18 years old may participate with parental or guardian consent.

How It Works

  1. Submit a Referral:
    Visit mayfairclubs.com/refer-a-friend and complete the referral form with your friend’s details.
  2. Referral Eligibility:
    The referred friend must be new to Mayfair Clubs and sign up for a paid Adult Pickleball membership at Mayfair Parkway.
  3. Receive Your Reward:
    Once your referred friend has successfully joined as an Adult Pickleball Member at Mayfair Parkway and paid for their membership, 10 complimentary Parkway pickleball court booking sessions (booked in 1- or 2-hour increments, up to 20 hours total) will be added to your account at Mayfair Parkway. Example: If four players share a court, the referring member plays free while the other three players each pay the regular $4.50 fee.

Terms and Conditions

  • Offer valid until: 11:59 p.m. on December 15, 2025, exclusively at Mayfair Parkway.
  • Redemption deadline: All complimentary sessions must be booked and used by December 31, 2026.
  • Reward is only redeemable to the referring Member of the referred individual joins as a new Adult Parkway Pickleball Member.
  • Complimentary court time applies only to the referring member’s portion of the court booking fee for Pickleball Courts at Mayfair Parkway only.
  • Value: Reward is worth between $45 and $180* — depending on how you book your court time!
    Whether you play singles or doubles, and for one hour or two, the total value adjusts based on your session choices.
    • *Court booking rate: $18 per hour
      • Singles (2 players per court)
        • Cost per player: $9 per hour
        • 10 x 1-hour sessions: $90 value
        • 10 x 2-hour sessions: $180 value
      • Doubles (4 players per court)
        • Cost per player: $4.50 per hour
        • 10 x 1-hour sessions: $45 value
        • 10 x 2-hour sessions: $90 value
  • Rewards are non-transferable and are applicable only for use at our Mayfair Parkway Club. Court time rewards cannot be exchanged for court time at other locations, or for tennis court bookings, cash or other products.
  • Standard court booking rules and policies apply.
  • Mayfair Clubs reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time, with or without notice.
