Functional Strength Training
Wednesdays | 11:30am | 55 minutes
Build strength from the ground up with a progressive approach to functional movement. This class develops mobility, body control, and spatial awareness through exercises that increase in complexity and load over time.
Use weights or your own bodyweight—either way, expect a challenging and rewarding workout suitable for all levels.

Prehab Biomechanics Training
Thursdays | 5:00pm | 55 minutes
Prehab focuses on preventing injuries before they happen. Many injuries stem from imbalances, poor movement patterns, and everyday habits. This class helps identify and correct those issues early—building strength, stability, and resilience.
Think of it as building a fence at the top of the cliff, rather than a clinic at the bottom.

Zumba with Aysun Budak & Venessa Coda
Tuesdays with Aysun | Thursdays with Venessa | 6:00 PM | 55 minutes
Zumba is a high-energy, Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility into a fun, party-like workout. Routines are set to international music including salsa, merengue, and hip-hop. No prior dance experience is needed, as instructors provide modifications for all ages and fitness levels.
