Private Bridge Lessons with World Champion Daniel Lavee

Program Start Date: Monday June 15^th, 2020

Daniel Lavee is a World Champion bridge player and professional instructor. Daniel teaches bridge at many private clubs across the GTA. At Mayfair Lakeshore, Daniel has been teaching our members and guests for the past two years. As a result, we have over 150 Mayfair Bridge Players, all at varying levels, who are now playing the game. The next evolution for new and experienced bridge players are our Private Table Online Bridge Lessons. Daniel will be teaching no more than 4 players per lesson, using online teaching tools. You will experience live, personalized, interactive instruction in an intimate group setting. You can register on your own or with 3 of your friends so you all learn and grow together. Enjoy learning or advancing your bridge game while you see and interact with your Mayfair friends, in the comfort of your home or even at the cottage.

Simply select the time that best suits you (first come, first serve) and the lesson program you are interested in. If you have a full table of four then you are all set to go for your preferred time and lesson. If you are an individual registering, we will help build a table of 4 for you

Lesson Times

Mondays – 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Wednesdays – 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.

Wednesdays – 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Fridays – 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Fridays – 3:15 – 4:15 p.m.

Lessons start the week of June 15^th

Lesson Programs:

Level 1: Learn how to play bridge if you have never played before. The beginner lessons are designed for those who know little or nothing about the game. This session runs for 6 weeks. One hour per lesson.

Level 2: If you understand the basics of the game and are ready to proceed further or need a refresher to feel confident getting back in the game. This session runs for 6 weeks. One hour per lesson.

Level 3: You will be given a collection of intermediate-level problems in bidding, declarer play, and defense to improve your game. This session runs for 6 weeks. One hour per lesson.

Advanced: Customized lessons to help serious players move into the expert ranks. This session is 4 weeks in total. One hour per lesson.

All lesson programs include Daniel’s Bridge Book.
