Welcome Back, Dan Harland!
We’re excited to welcome Dan Harland back to the Mayfair team!
Dan played a key role in supporting our community during the COVID-19 pandemic by leading several of our popular online fitness classes—many of which are still available in our online library.
With a degree in Kinesiology and credentials as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Dan brings a strong background in biomechanics, prehab, and rehab mechanics. His knowledge and experience make him a valuable asset to our training team.
