Update on David Newton
After April 16, David Newton will no longer be teaching the Thursday morning classes at Parkway. David is making some changes in his schedule and will be reducing his teaching commitments.
David has been a valued part of the Parkway community for many years. His depth of knowledge and genuine care for members have been exemplary, and he will be greatly missed. We have scheduled other instructors to take over David’s classes.

Cycle Fit with Claudio Sousa
Thursdays at 7:00am & 8:00am | 50 minutes
Cycle Fit is an excellent way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and build lower body strength. These classes feature 45–60 minutes of traditional cycling drills designed to challenge the heart, lungs, and major leg muscles.

Mobility with Claudio Sousa
Thursdays at 8:00am | 45 minutes
This class features a series of movements that take your joints through a wide range of motion, promoting fluid, controlled movement. Mobility training improves body awareness and range of motion, helping prepare the body for everything from daily activities to athletic performance.

Morning Stretch with Rosie Davy

Functional Strength Training with Dan Harland
