      Mayfair West Starter Tour | Easter Long Weekend 

      Saturday March 30 |  9:30am to 3:30pm

      Mayfair West Starter Tour events are ideal for junior tennis players looking to get introduced to the competitive structure.

      We will be hosting a tournament on Easter Long weekend for Mayfair members are junior participants only. Each one-day event offers a minimum of three scheduled matches per participant as well as a welcome package courtesy of Mayfair Clubs.

      NOTE: Players that have a Tennis Canada ranking of #99 or better in the U12 age category will not be eligible for this tournament. Age restrictions are also in place to ensure that the level of competition is fair. Boys and girls will compete in separate tournaments, but genders may be combined if entries are low.

      Schedule:

      • Saturday March 30, 9:30am to 3:30pm
      • Boys U10 and Girls U10 (must be born in 2014, 2015 or 2016)
      • Maximum 6 boys and 6 girls will be accepted
      • Entry Deadline: Monday March 25 at 11:59pm
      • Entry Fee: $60 + HST per player

      Mayfair West Challenge Ladder – Winter/Spring 2024

      Looking to play singles matches with players of a similar level? Sign up for the co-ed Mayfair West Challenge Ladder, where you’ll be grouped with four or five other players to play monthly matches. The last month of the Winter/Spring session runs from April 2 to May 6. The cost to join is $40 + HST and the entry deadline is Sunday, March 31st at 11:59pm. (NOTE: those players who register for April only will receive free entry into the Summer Challenge Ladder, which runs from May to September)

      This class teaches the principles and methods of Pilates to assist the participant in understanding the necessities of good posture and movement quality.       NEW! 20/20 Workout with Rachel Nir

      The 20/20 workout is a constantly changing workout formatted in two, 20-minute segments finishing with a stretch cool down. It is an instructors and members choice class and can include cardio and strength, Plyometrics and core, Dance and stretch – the combinations are many. It could incorporate dumbbells, balls, barbells etc. The benefits of this workout include mobility, bone health, balance, improved range of motion, along with overall muscular strength and conditioning.       Spring Swim Lesson Registration Open

      Come checkout our website for registration links. The Spring Session spans 9 weeks starting the week of April 8, with the additional 10th week reserved for makeup classes. Don’t miss out!

      Swim Camps | Registration Open

      Our Splash & Laugh Camps include recreational swimming and sports. Campers will participate in water sports and games as well as one hour of formal swim lessons with certified instructors.

      Swim lessons are done in a group setting with a 1:6 ratio and include stroke correction, body buoyancy, and in-water skill development. Campers will learn to strengthen their swim skills in a fun and safe environment. Campers are not required to have any swim experience and will be separated into groups based on skills.

      Lifejackets are provided and will be placed on campers in lower levels and removed throughout the lesson as this is part of the Lifesaving course criteria. When not in the pool, campers will be playing a variety of indoor sports and games such as relay races, soccer, parachute play, freeze tag, kickball, and dance games to name a few.

      Lunch is provided for full-day and half-day morning campers.  Snacks are not provided, so we ask that campers bring nut-free snacks for them to enjoy throughout the day.

      Full Hour | Starts April | $290  

      In this master’s class, the main focus is fitness, endurance, and efficiency. Swimmers must have a strong ability to perform front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke.  Instructors will create workouts that include drills, sprints, and hypoxic training.
