Our Sports Clinic is located in downtown Toronto inside of our Mayfair Lakeshore Club. The Sports Clinic is located on the lower level at the entrance of the gym. Visitors will enjoy our free parking.

Services

Chiropractic care provides diagnosis and hands-on treatment for issues related to the spine, pelvis, nervous system and joints. It restores a better range of motion and helps heal neck and back pain, headaches, work, and sports injuries.

Acupuncture improves body function and promotes self-healing. Fine needles are inserted at specific acupoints to stimulate energy flow and balance. This treatment is beneficial for pain relief, digestive disorders, arthritis, migraines and more. Service is offered at part of our Chiropractic, Physio and RMT Treatments. Dr. Harmath’s passion lies with helping people move better to enhance their quality of life & achieve their goals. Her approach to care is individualized. She is trained in active release therapy (ART), soft tissue treatment, medical acupuncture, complete concussion management (CCMI), adjustment & joint mobilization, soft tissue tools, rehabilitation, & exercise prescription.

As a former professional tennis player, four-time Canadian Junior National Champion and top 50 Division I NCAA player for Rice University in Houston, Dr. Harmath holds a special interest in biomechanical movement and strategies to reduce injury risk in tennis. She has been a part of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) medical team for the National Bank Open, worked International Tennis Federation (ITF) tournaments, The Pan Am Fencing Championships, The Toronto Triathlon, The Taekwondo Provincial Championships, The Canadian Mountain Bike National Championships and several other sporting events. She is currently a chiropractor for Tennis Canada and Alpine Canada’s Men’s Ski World Cup teams.

Dr. Tracy Rowan is a highly skilled and dedicated sports chiropractor with a specialized focus on treating athletes in the dynamic and demanding sports of tennis and squash. With over a decade of experience in sports medicine, Dr. Rowan has developed a profound understanding of the unique biomechanics, injuries, and recovery processes associated with racquet sports. Her comprehensive approach combines advanced chiropractic techniques with personalized rehabilitation programs, aiming not only to alleviate pain but also to enhance performance and prevent future injuries.

After earning a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University, Dr. Rowan continued to pursue a Doctorate in Chiropractic (Summa Cum Laude) from CMCC followed by a highly competitive Sports Residency program. She is certified in medical acupuncture and has extensive training in functional movement assessments, Active Release Techniques (ART), gait analysis and sports nutrition, enabling her to address the multifaceted needs of her athletic clientele.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Rowan is an active tennis and squash player herself. She plays on a women’s competitive tennis team and loves playing squash with her husband and two kids. She is a registered coach and thoroughly enjoys working with her rep soccer and basketball teams.

At the core of Dr. Rowan’s philosophy is the belief that comprehensive care extends beyond physical treatment. She is deeply committed to empowering her patients through education, and encouraging a proactive approach to health, wellness, and injury prevention. Kathleen Ryan Watson graduated from Concordia University with a BSc in Health, Kinesiology and Applied Physiology with a specialization in Athletic Therapy. She is passionate about helping her clients return to pain-free daily life. In her free time, Kathleen enjoys hiking, baking, playing soccer and coaching figure skating.

Sam is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 25 years of professional working experience.

Along with deep tissue, sports massage and general de-stress management, Sam also incorporates Athletic taping, Therapeutic Ultrasound (for acute injuries and scars) as well Contemporary Medical Acupuncture into his practice.

Dru Costello, a graduate from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy, specializes in sports massage, Droughan has been successfully practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) for over 10 years. His primary focus has been on sports massage therapy, including rehabilitation and remedial exercises in a variety of settings.
He utilizes dynamic and active release techniques, as well as traditional Swedish massage to help with pain relief, relaxation and mental focus.

Susan Lamb, RMT is a year 2000 graduate of the comprehensive three-year program at Centennial College. She has consistently worked in a variety of treatment therapies, including pre and post-natal care, cranial sacral therapy, lymph drainage, cupping and restorative exercise. She is also an educator at Centennial College and Canadian College of massage and hydrotherapy.
 
Susan has been a registered Massage Therapist for twenty years.
