Kids Boxing (Ages 8–13)

Looking for a fun and engaging way to keep your child active this fall? Our Kids Boxing class teaches the fundamentals of boxing in a safe, supportive environment. Participants will build confidence, coordination, and teamwork skills—all while having a blast!
Note: Participants must bring their own boxing gloves.
Youth Group Strength & Conditioning (Ages 10–16)
Mondays | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
September 8 – November 24 (11 weeks)

Led by Prav Daswani, this program is designed to help youth improve overall strength, endurance, mobility, and athletic performance in a supportive group setting.
