HOLIDAY TENNIS CAMP
Your child will learn to play tennis from certified tennis professionals in a fun and motivating environment! Afternoons include recreational swimming for a refreshing end to the day. The camp runs from December 27-29 and January 2-5, with full-week, full-day and half-day bookings available.

TINY TOTS HOLIDAY PROGRAM

TENNIS

KIDS WINTER TENNIS LESSONS
Register Today!
January 8 – March 11 (9 weeks)
Mayfair Clubs Kids Tennis is an interactive and fun approach to tennis with the use of smaller racquets, smaller courts and an easy to control ball. All participants will be assessed and placed according to their skill level. Juniors will learn to hit basic strokes, such as forehand, backhand, volley, overhead and serve. They will also learn to rally and play competitive games.

ADULT GROUP CLINICS WITH JENN CHRISTIE
Sundays from 8:30-10:30am (3.5-4.0 level)
and 10:30am-12:30pm (2.5-3.5 level)
Get on court to perfect any stroke you choose! Jenn will feed tennis balls to players in order to work on a particular stroke, whether it’s your forehand, backhand, overhead smash, or any other stroke.

MAYFAIR TORONTO PRO TENNIS LEAGUE
September 22 to December 15
League Finals: December 15 at 6:30pm!
Mayfair Clubs is excited to introduce the Mayfair Toronto Pro League (MTPL), the only Prize Money Pro Tennis League in the Toronto area. The MTPL will be home to a large number of tennis professionals, former college players, and even the occasional ATP player, and will take place every Friday night at either Mayfair Lakeshore or Mayfair East.

The MTPL is sure to be an exciting and entertaining atmosphere for fans, sponsors and players alike!

HELP US WELCOME OUR NEW TENNIS PROS!
We are pleased to welcome two new Tennis Pros to the Mayfair Family, Nic Somody and Connor Casey!

Nic is an ATP/WTA hitting partner, played OUA for U of T while captaining the team, and was Top 30 in Canada for U16s.

Connor ranked #6 in NCAA Division 1 Doubles while attending Ohio State University. He’s a three-time Ontario Provincial Champion, and holds an ATP ranking of 1297.

Both Nic and Connor bring vast experience to their roles, and are already available for booking!

Let us take all the work out of arranging a game of squash for you! Mondays and Thursdays are House League nights and all you have to do is to sign up! We will arrange your opponent and match time.

LUNCHTIME SQUASH

START ON SQUASH WITH MANU
Start on Squash is an exclusive Mayfair Clubs squash program, tailored for non-members and beginners, who are interested in learning the game of squash. No experience is necessary, as our pros ensure that you will have a great time, while enjoying this lifetime sport! Players will have the opportunity to experience the sport, the Club and the community that makes Mayfair Clubs unique.

Sessions last 80 minutes, and run for a total of four weeks. Racquets available upon request.

FITNESS

COMPLIMENTARY FITNESS ASSESSMENT
If you have fitness goals like weight loss, increased strength, improved function or athletic performance, book a fitness assessment with one of our Personal Trainers. Our assessment process is professional and thorough, complete with posture, functional movement screening and core muscle testing. The Mayfair Athletic Assessment process will provide the necessary feedback to help create and define each person’s specific program needs.

GOLF LESSONS
This winter, improve your golf game at Mayfair Lakeshore! Our golf development centre is complete with a hitting bay and short game area. The facility is complete with Titlelist golf balls and FlightScope teaching software. We have 2 CPGA-certified instructors available for private, semi-private and junior lessons/clinics.

GROUP FITNESS

CLUBCUTZ DJ RIDE:
Ride to the beat of the latest club tunes with a live DJ. Come let your hair down, leave your stress at the door and get lost in the ride and the music. This fun and energetic class is sure to get your heart pumping!

AERIAL YOGA:
Flexibility, spinal decompression, relief of back pain and improved muscle strength are the goals of this innovative class.  Using an apparatus that resembles a hammock and inspiration from yoga, pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics, you will have a total body workout unlike any other.

HATHA YOGA:
Hatha Yoga is a practice which focuses on physical exercises in order to master the body and mind. With an emphasis on proper breathing, proper diet and the use of Asanas (bodily postures), Hatha Yoga aims to provide relaxation, flexibility, enhanced personal concentration and positive aging effects.

POWER YOGA:
This class incorporates an intense flow of postures to build strength of body and mind, increasing stamina amidst a calming environment.

FAMILY AND YOUTH YOGA:
This class is for the whole family. Become more aware of your body’s posture, alignment and patterns of movement. Yoga makes the body more flexible and regular practice helps relieve stress. Using your own body weight for resistance, yoga unites the body, mind, spirit and family!

ADULT SWIM CLINICS
January 11, 18, 25, and February 1 from 10:30-11:30am
Stroke Clinics are beneficial for intermediate and advanced swimmers. Our qualified instructors will aid in stroke improvement techniques, which can increase endurance and overall performance. We offer clinics for front crawl, back stroke, breast stroke and more!

JUNIOR PROGRAMS

DE SANTOS MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM
Starting January 8 September 18 (12 weeks)
Participants can attend classes once or twice a week. The program focuses on character development, behavioral development, physical fitness and self-protection.

Mondays and Wednesdays: 5-5:30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6-6:30pm

Ages 7-12 (45 minutes)

LITTLE KIDS SPORTS CLUB
January 13-March 31
The Little Sports Club runs on Saturdays from 11am-12pm, for 12 weeks. This program offers children (ages 4-6) multi-sport programming which focuses on developing basic sports skills in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.

JUNIOR MEMBERS CLUB
Junior Members Club is a complimentary program for Mayfair Lakeshore members who are between the ages of 8 and 12 years old. This program has been designed for juniors who would like to drop-in after school for a variety of activities, such as sports, social events and much more!

KIDS HIP HOP
January 9 (8 weeks)
Your child will learn the fundamentals of hip hop in this high-energy program! During each class, kids will have fun as they focus on rhythm, footwork and upper body strength.

Tuesdays: 6pm to 7pm (Ages 7-10)

A qualified dance teacher, fitness and pilates instructor, Natalie has vast experience teaching classes for students of all ages. Her passion for dance has led her to perform and teach in the music and television industry, as well as numerous stages across Toronto.

MOVIE NIGHT
December 22 from 6-8pm
The Emoji Movie: Hidden inside a smartphone, the bustling city of Textopolis is home to all emojis. Each emoji has only one facial expression, except for Gene, an exuberant emoji with multiple expressions. Determined to become “normal” like the other emojis, Gene enlists the help of his best friend Hi-5 and a notorious code breaker called Jailbreak. During their travels through the other apps, the three emojis discover a great danger that could threaten their phone’s very existence. Ages 3 and up.  Popcorn and drinks included.

LAKESHORE DARTS LEAGUE
December 13 from 7:30-9:30pm
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dart player, Mayfair Lakeshore’s new Dart LEAGUE is a great way to meet new people and have a fun night out! The format will be a combination of baseball, cricket, 301 and 501, and This month, you can win some festive prizes! The league will be capped off with a league banquet (December 7) and prizes for the winning team. Members and non-members are welcome, and participants receive 20% off in the Bistro on playing nights.
