Dance Party

Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat is a series of floor exercises designed by Joseph Pilates that focus on breath, concentration, control, centering and precision. These exercises are designed to uniformly strengthen the body as a whole creating a balance of strength and flexibility. Boot Camp

Group Cycling Classes

Stages Cycle is a programable Cycling System that allows participants to monitor their progress in a cycling class. Stages Flight gives you a visual representation of work capacity and effort in real time. It’s a great way to challenge yourself and monitor your progress. It’s also a lot of fun.
