Court Fit for Tennis Players
Stay on the court with more time conditioning in the gym. Book our Court Fit Personal Training package for $225 (+tax). Boxing Training for Kids
Starting July 5th | 4 Week Session | $149 +tax
Get active, have fun, and develop new skills while learning the fundamentals of boxing. Please note that we need 2 people minimum required to run class. Please bring your own gloves.
Junior Boxing Training (Ages 8-12)
Tuesdays 4:00pm with Jimmy or Saturdays 1:30pm with Michael
Youth Boxing Training (Ages 13-17)
Mondays 5:00pm with Michael or Saturdays 2:30pm with Jimmy

One Day Fitness Clinic for Golf – with Jeff Maccheyne – Master Personal Trainer (TPI Golf Fitness Level 2 specializations)
One Hour Session Offered Week of July 11th
Improve your golf swing by improving your overall physical fitness. Clinic members will discover the best golf specific mobility and stability fitness drills to add to their exercise routine with the goal of improving their game.

High Performance Fitness Camp
Summer Camp for Ages 8-12 & 13-17
This high performance camp is geared towards youth athletes of any sport and level to learn the fundamentals of strength and conditioning, along with lifestyle factors like nutrition, recovery and daily habits to help them excel in their sport and performance.

Learn to Lift | NEW! Coming Soon
Small Group Training for ages 12-17 | TBD | 4 sessions | $149+tax
Our Learn to Lift Program is a hands on session that will teach the basics of proper technique & form when weight training. Participants will be provided with a weight training routine at the end of the session.
