The 20/20 workout is a constantly changing workout that is formatted in 2, 20 min segments finishing with a stretch cool down. It is an instructors and members choice class and could be organized as a cardio and strength, Plyometrics and core, Dance and stretch, the combinations are many. It could incorporate dumbbells, balls, barbells etc. The benefits of this workout include mobility, bone health, balance, improved range of motion, along with overall muscular strength and conditioning.
