  • MULTI SPORT CAMPS

    March 9-13 AND March 16-20 | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM |

    This March Break, fill your child’s days with learning specific sport skills and drills, educational components and lots of fun! Morning, afternoon and full-day options available, as well as lunch options at no additional cost. Tennis is included in the morning half and recreational swimming is included in the afternoon session with the option for instructional swim (at an additional fee).

    Member pricing is $85 for full-day camp, $55 for half-day camp (non-member pricing available as well).

  • Mayfair West Singles Challenge Ladder

    March 24 – April 26 | TBA | Session | $30 + HST

    The last month of the Winter session of the singles challenge ladder at Mayfair West begins on March 24th. This is your chance to play singles matches and be grouped with players based on your tennis rating.

    Box winners will receive monthly prizes and there will be session prizes handed out in at the end of this three-month session for the players with the most points and for those who played all their matches.

    The cost to join is $30 + HST (which covers participation until the end of the Summer Ladder, which runs June to September) and registration forms will be available at the front desk.

  • March Break Tennis Camp

    Monday March 16 – Friday March 20 | $55 per half-day, $90 per full-day, $400 full-week

    Registration for our March Break Tennis Camp begins February 23rd. For full-week registrants only, if you sign up with a sibling, you will receive a $10 discount.

  • LET (Love Everything Tennis)

    Tuesdays 12:30 - 2:30 pm | $12

    LET is a fun doubles round-robin for players of all skill levels. Just $12 for two hours that you don’t want to miss!  Come with your friends or come alone and we’ll find you a suitable partner.

    TABATA BLAST

    Now Available | 1 HR | Monday 5:30 pm with Katya Ekatrina, Tuesday 7:30 pm with Martine Fletcher, Thursday 7:00 pm with Katya Ekatrina, Thursday 9:00 am with Joanna Behar

    A Tabata Format class, The Tabata Blast has you doing 4 or 6 rounds, 2 exercises per round, 1 cardio, 1 strength. Using the Tabata protocol this class will take you to the limit.     POWER UP

    Now Available | 1 HR | Monday 9:00 am with Martine Fletcher, 6:30 pm with Katie Snow

    Power Up class Series -The Power Up Series of classes exploits the use of 60% of 1 rep max exercise protocols. This class develops strength power, coordination, and technique. The POWER UP series of classes’ consists of anywhere from 5 to 25 exercises, each done for 30 seconds, repeated thru 4 to 6 cycles. The instructor will decide on a total body, upper body, lower body, core workout or a combination of all. If you want to burn some serious calories and reshape your body via increased metabolic rate, then this is the class for you. See the full group exercise schedule

     

    GO ROW

    Now Available | 1 HR | Tuesday at 9:00 am with Martine Fletcher

    Functional training, utilizing exercises with compound movements, supplemented with targeted rowing goals. This is a great all over body strengthening class. See the full group exercise schedule

     

    COUNTDOWN

    Now Available | 1 HR | Wednesdays at 7:30 pm with Martine Fletcher

    The Countdown, is a multi dimensional, exercise class that has you doing 8 exercises 10 reps, 10 cycles utilizing the every minute on the minute (EMOM) format counting down to a single rep. Sounds simple but don’t let the simplicity fool you. The class is over when the last rep is done. Always changing, never the same class twice. See the full group exercise schedule

     

    BALLET BARRE

    Now Available | 1 HR | Sundays at 11:30 with Michael Vintilla

    A fast-paced, ramped-up ballet class using traditional ballet technique to strengthen and sculpt the lower body, with components of cardio, arm work, abdominal work and flexibility to unleash your inner dancer. See the full group exercise schedule

    Vegetarians we have something for you as well, Beyond Meat Burgers are being grilled to perfection in the Bistro, try it as a Hawaiian Burger with grilled pineapple and teriyaki sauce.
