WHAT IS IT?
The SC3 bike has quickly become the bike of choice for some of the world’s most respected fitness operators. The SC3 is the only indoor bike that can handle performance training, intensity based classes, rhythm, virtual classes and instructor freestyle sessions.
STAGES FLIGHT SYSTEM
Focused on the holistic indoor cycling studio experience, Stages Flight is where entertainment meets training. It is an interactive group display system that allows each rider to work to their optimal training level individually while in a group environment. Beginning cyclists to pro level racers can all be in the same class and getting the same workout, while simultaneously setting personal goals and tracking their performances. Choose from intensity and virtual rides, GPS and fitness challenges, and some of the most mind-blowing, diverse, and advanced video content indoor cycling has ever seen.

BOXING BOOTCAMP

TABATA BLAST
Now Available | 1 HR | Monday 5:30 pm with Katya Ekatrina, Tuesday 7:30 pm with Martine Fletcher, Thursday 7:00 pm with Katya Ekatrina, Thursday 9:00 am with Joanna Behar
A Tabata Format class, The Tabata Blast has you doing 4 or 6 rounds, 2 exercises per round, 1 cardio, 1 strength. Using the Tabata protocol this class will take you to the limit. Body composition redesign is the goal with this class. Come check it out. See the full group exercise schedule
POWER UP
Now Available | 1 HR | Monday 9:00 am with Martine Fletcher, 6:30 pm with Katie Snow
Power Up class Series -The Power Up Series of classes exploits the use of 60% of 1 rep max exercise protocols. This class develops strength power, coordination, and technique. The POWER UP series of classes’ consists of anywhere from 5 to 25 exercises, each done for 30 seconds, repeated thru 4 to 6 cycles. The instructor will decide on a total body, upper body, lower body, core workout or a combination of all. If you want to burn some serious calories and reshape your body via increased metabolic rate, then this is the class for you. See the full group exercise schedule
GO ROW

Functional training, utilizing exercises with compound movements, supplemented with targeted rowing goals. This is a great all over body strengthening class. See the full group exercise schedule
COUNTDOWN
Now Available | 1 HR | Wednesdays at 7:30 pm with Martine Fletcher
The Countdown, is a multi dimensional, exercise class that has you doing 8 exercises 10 reps, 10 cycles utilizing the every minute on the minute (EMOM) format counting down to a single rep. Sounds simple but don’t let the simplicity fool you. The class is over when the last rep is done. Always changing, never the same class twice. See the full group exercise schedule
BALLET BARRE

A fast-paced, ramped-up ballet class using traditional ballet technique to strengthen and sculpt the lower body, with components of cardio, arm work, abdominal work and flexibility to unleash your inner dancer. See the full group exercise schedule
