As of September 29th at 11:30am, we are happy to announce that the Fitness Centre will be fully accessible. We can’t wait for you to see the space! From September 30 until October 5th enjoy COMPLIMENTARY Personal Training Sessions. We’ve got our brand new Elite Group Training, Pilates Reformer, Functional Core Training and Therapeutic Stretch Demos. Oct. 2 – April 30 | $30
Mayfair West’s Fall Singles Challenge Ladder returns on October 2nd. This is your chance to play singles matches and be grouped with players based on your tennis rating. Box winners will receive monthly prizes and there will be session prizes handed out in at the end of each three-month session (Oct. – Dec., Jan. to April) for the players with the most points and for those who played all their matches. The cost to join is $30 + HST (which covers participation from October to April) and registration forms will be available at the front desk. Mayfair West will have a variety of Ladies’, Men’s and Mixed Doubles Leagues for players of various skill levels. Ladies Leagues are available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:30-12:30 for home matches. Mixed Leagues are available on Saturday afternoons 3:30-5:30pm for home matches. Men’s Leagues play 5:30-7:30pm for home matches. If interested, please contact our Tennis Coordinator Danny D’Aleandro at extension 4232 or via e-mail at westtennis@mayfairclubs.com

October – April | Thursdays | 11:30AM – 1:30PM 
This is a league between all four Mayfair locations that plays on Thursday Mornings 10:30am to 12:30pm every week from October to April. The league focuses on match play and competition in a fun and friendly environment.  As this is a co-ed league players will be placed in pairings to get the best possible match; therefore the match played could be any combination of Men’s, Women’s or Mixed pairings.  Teams will be picked by the coaching staff for fairness and equality. All Men and Women who wish to be a part of this league are to email Ken at kcrosina@mayfairclubs.com.

Group Fitness

Now Available | 1 HR | Thursday Evenings at 6:30pm with Jessica Dawn
This class is focused on centering your breath and body, aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for an extended period of time. Props are used to assist in holding poses for longer periods of time. See the full group exercise schedule at mayfairclubs.com.

Personal Training

Members can try out Elite Small Group training on our brand new Connexus Perimeter Functional Training Units.  Class max of 6 people. Class includes a wide variety of exercises done on the reformer. Fall 2018: SWIM SESSION:

Parent & Tot program, Preschool A-E & Swimmer 1-6:
Starts September – November | Monday – Thursday 4:00pm – 8:00pm | Saturday – Sunday 9:00am – 6:00pm

Our preschool levels are designs for students from ages 2-5. Students work on their floats, glides, flutter kicks, side breathing, front & back swim.

Our swimmer levels are for all swimmers ages 6+ Swimmers are taught the proper swim techniques and skills. Our swim instructors work with each child individually to make sure that they are taught the proper swimming skills and techniques.  Each student will be working on progressive steps throughout the session to accomplish the swim levels.  Private classes, Semi-private classes and or group lessons are available. All classes are 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour.

Sport Fundamental program:
September – November | Monday – Sunday
Semi-private classes and or Group lessons are available. The Sport program focuses on all stroke improvements, sprints and endurance changes. Participants will complete challenging skills sequences, covering all swim strokes and some pre-lifeguarding skills.

Rookie, Ranger & Ranger star:
September – November | Monday – Thursday or Saturday & Sunday
This course is for students who has completed all swim levels and are looking for a challenge. Swim patrol training puts your child on the path to Lifeguarding.

Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion & Bronze Cross:
September – November | Times: 9:00am – 11:00am | Sundays
Bronze medallion and Bronze Cross program programs are design for all candidates who are seeking a trill in the lifeguarding challenge.  Bronze star candidates must be 12yrs old. Bronze Med candidates must be 13 year of age & Bronze cross candidate must be 13+ and have bronze medallion + emergency first aid.)

Advanced swimming:  Swim team:
September – June  | Tuesdays | 7:00am – 8:00am
This program is designed for swimmers who have completed all of their swim levels and want to improve their overall physical fitness in the water. The swim team provides a structured approach based on training principles and practices. Participants will be encouraged to set their own goals through interval training.

Master swim:
September – December | Tuesdays | 7:00am – 8:00am
Participant must know how to swim. The master swim program is for individuals seeking an alternative to conventional fitness. The program is designed to enhance competitive swimming abilities, improve swim stroke technique and personal fitness. With proper training, you will build up endurance, so you can swim continuously without stopping. You will also improve swim strokes and breathing through drills.

Refer a new swimmer and receive a $10.00 discount. (Referred students must be someone who has never taken swim lessons at Mayfair)

We welcome you all to our new and improved Kidspace! No longer being held in the Bistro, our staff invite you to our new space for your kids to run around, play games and enjoy! Please make note of the new hours effective October 1:

-Monday- Friday: 9:00am-1:00pm
-Wednesday: 4:00pm-7:00pm
-Saturday-Sunday: 9:00-4:00pm.

Extended hours are available upon request.

October 1, 2 & 5 | 9:00am – 4:00pm

This October, fill your child’s PA Day learning specific sport skills and drills. Morning, afternoon and full-day options available, as well as lunch options for morning and full-day campers (at an additional cost). Swimming is included in the afternoon session for a refreshing end to a fun-filled day. Member pricing is $55 for full day, $35 for half day (non member pricing available as well).  To sign up, contact Laura Tichonchuk at westcoordinator@mayfairclubs.com or at extension 4248. October 13 | Monthly| 5:00- 8:30pm 

Drop your children off in Kidspace and enjoy a night to yourself! Children will have fun as they swim in our salt-water pool, watch a movie and finish the night with dinner. Multi Gym

With plenty activities for the whole family, we welcome you to join us again in our Multi Gym. From beginner pickleball to drop in basketball, there is something for everyone. If you would like to reserve the gym during facility booking, please do so by contacting Laura Tichonchuk at westcoordinator@mayfairclubs.com or 416 638 1010 x4248. Facility booking may only be done during facility booking hours. Please note that Table Tennis will continue to be Wednesday mornings in the group fitness studio until further notice.
