      Adult Tennis

      Mayfair West Singles Challenge Ladder

      Looking to play singles matches with players of a similar level? Sign up for the Mayfair West Challenge Ladder, where you’ll be grouped with four or five other players to play monthly matches. We offer monthly prizes to box winners as well as a prize pool per three-month session.       Mayfair West Adult Group Clinics/Mixers

      We offer a variety of group tennis programming throughout the week for a variety of levels of play from beginner to advanced. You can register up to 6 days in advance for any of these programs by going to Mayfair Clubs mobile app. Once you’re logged in, go to Tennis à Programs, then select the date you want to attend.       Kids Tennis

      Mayfair West March + Passover Break Tennis Camps

      We are offering tennis camps during March Break and Passover for three weeks: March 13-17, April 3-6 & April 11-14. Small-group training is available for kids of all levels between the ages of 4 and 16. Kids will be grouped accordingly based on age and ability. Full-day, morning-only and afternoon-only sessions are offered and a full-week commitment is required. For Passover camps, we offer bread-free lunch options. To register, please visit our website.

      Mayfair West Junior Starter Tour

      This Family Day long weekend, Mayfair West is hosting one-day junior tournaments for kids that are starting to show interest in competitive play. These events are available for Mayfair members and junior program participants only. Each event will offer a minimum of three matches per player as well as a special welcome package courtesy of Mayfair.

      Here are the event details:

      • Saturday, February 18th from 9:30am to 5:30pm
        • Boys & Girls Under 18 (players must have been born in 2005, 2006, 2007, or 2008)
        • Maximum 8 boys and 8 girls will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis
      • Sunday, February 19th from 8:30am to 4:30pm
        • Boys & Girls Under 14 (players must have been born in 2009, 2010, 2011 or 2012)
        • Maximum 8 boys and 8 girls will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis

      Please note that (unless entries are low) boys and girls will be placed in separate draws and the entry fee is $50 + HST.       NEW! Power Pump 

      1 HR | Thursdays | 9:30am with Al Greene

      Power Pump is a head-to-toe workout that incorporates barbells, dumbbells, core, and functional training into one highly intensive workout. The benefits include bone health, balance, improved range of motion, along with overall muscular strength and conditioning. This will be a great complement to the Group Power class.       Stability Ball 

      1 HR | Mondays | 9:30am with Rosie Davy

      A form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) presented in bootcamp format. The workouts are short in duration, using a 20 sec work, 10 sec rest protocol.       Cycle Fit

      50 Minutes | Mondays | 6pm with Martine Fletcher

      Cycle Fit cycling classes are an excellent way to enhance your cardiovascular fitness and improve your lower body strength. 45 to 60 minutes of traditional cycling drills to work the heart and lungs together with the large muscle groups of the legs.       Therapeutic Yoga

      1HR | Mondays & Wednesdays at 1pm | Wednesdays at 7pm with David Newton

      Therapeutic Yoga is the perfect rehab/prehab practice for those living with or looking to prevent injury or illness. This class combines restorative yoga, breath work, fascial release, rolling, and the use of blocks and straps. A great way to reduce stress and bring the body back into balance.       Zumba 

      55 mins | Sundays | 11:00am with Aysun Budak

      NEW! Booty Burner 

      50 mins | Tuesdays | 6pm with Ekaterina Nikolaev

      Be prepared to work! Specifically targeting the butt and legs, this class is designed to burn fat, strengthen, and shape legs that that will stop traffic. As an added bonus, these moves are dynamic enough that they also engage the core muscles (abs, lower back, obliques, diaphragm, and pelvic floor), as well.       Yoga Stretch 

      55 mins | Tuesdays | 7:05pm with Martine Fletcher

      Yoga makes the body more flexible and regular practice helps relieve stress. A yoga class that focuses primarily on the flexibility aspect of Yoga is a great way to bring new life into your muscles and joints.       Preschool A-E & Swimmer 1-6

      Monday – Thursday | Saturday & Sunday

      • Our preschool levels are designed for students from ages 3-5. Students work on their floats, glides, flutter kicks, side breathing, front & back swim.
      • Our swimmer levels are for all swimmers aged 5+. Swimmers are taught proper swim techniques and skills. Our swim instructors work with each child individually to ensure adequate progression. Each student will be working on developmental steps throughout the session in order to accomplish the swim levels.
      • Private classes, Semi-private classes and or Small Group lessons are available. Classes are 30-minutes or 45-minutes.

      Junior Lifeguard Club Open House

      The Junior Lifeguard Club (JLC) offers serious fun for kids 8 years and up who can swim at least 25m and tread water for 2 minutes. The Jr. Lifeguard Club provides an action-packed challenge for kids who love the water but want to learn more about lifesaving and lifeguarding. Participants will:

      • Experience lifeguarding in a Club atmosphere
      • Make friends and have a great time
      • Get fit and strive for personal bests
