Class Types

    This is a more meditative and relaxing form of yoga, developed to increase flexibility and strength as well as tone your muscles. Equipment needed for the online class are 2 yoga blocks and a mat.

    Props are used to support and ground us in poses that are held for eight to ten minutes, facilitating deep release in the connective tissue and calming the nervous system.

    Pilates Mat is a series of floor exercises designed by Joseph Pilates that focus on breath, concentration, control, centering and precision. These exercises are designed to uniformly strengthen the body as a whole creating a balance of strength and flexibility. Open to all levels, but lends itself to beginners and those not interested in weight-bearing exercises.

    Yoga makes the body more flexible and regular practice helps relieve stress. A yoga class that focuses primarily on the flexibility aspect of Yoga is a great way to bring new life into your muscles and joints. Using your own body weight for resistance, Yoga Stretch unites the body, mind, and spirit as you develop your practice.

    Stretch is a slow paced class designed to increase range of motion from head to toe and joint health. This class is especially benificial to those with healthy active lifestyles. perfect for injury prevention, sports performance, activities of daily living etc.

    Enjoy your regular yoga practice by soft, calming candlelight. This practice is great for anytime you need to gain a sense of relaxation. This is practice is less athletic and more holistic. You focus on stretching and mindful breath. The movement is gentle, the music is soft, and you can really unwind at the end of the day in a way that feeds your body, mind, and soul.

    Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.

    This 60 or 90 minute practice incorporates an intense flow of postures to build strength of body and mind, increasing stamina amidst a calming environment.

    Barrelotes is a balanced fusion of ballet barre work and Pilates. Barre work that helps with balance, strengthens legs and glutes. Pilates, which is designed to build a strong core and body awareness. This is a full body workout.

    Barre Fusion is a balanced blend of ballet barre work that helps strengthen legs and glutes; Pilates, to build a strong core; and stretch to increase mobility and flexibility. This is a full body workout.

    This class teaches the principles and methods of Pilates to assist the participant to understand the neccessities of good posture, movement quality, dynamic or static.
