Class Types

    Come sweat it out to the rhythms of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Bachata, Reggaeton, Calypso and other Latin beats. No experience is necessary.

    An easy 'follow the leader' movement class designed to channel your inner dancer. The class starts with a series of individually taught steps, which are later used to form a choreographed routine.

    This class brings the latin vibes out from your soul. Learn all the latin dance styles like Cha Cha, Salsa, Rumba and more. This class is pure fun as well as a great workout. Dont miss it.

    An easy 'follow the leader' movement class designed to channel your inner dancer and athlete. Its a cross between a boot camp circuit and a Dance class. A challenging yet creative workout.

Al Greene is has been with Mayfair Clubs for almost a decade and he is the Fitness Director for all of Mayfair Clubs. Al’s dance classes are legendary and worth a try. He easily breaks down dance moves and will keep you moving and grooving to the beat!
