    Join us on Family Day for a fun day of complimentary activities for the whole family!
    Activities for the whole family include

    Members are able to bring one complimentary guest between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Kidspace will also be complimentary for 1 hour (members only).

  • Mayfair West Singles Challenge Ladder

    Jan. 14 – April 30 |$30

    The Winter Singles Challenge Ladder at Mayfair West begins on January 14th and runs until the end of April. This is your chance to play singles matches and be grouped with players based on your tennis rating. Box winners will receive monthly prizes and there will be session prizes handed out in at the end of this three-month session for the players with the most points and for those who played all their matches. The cost to join is $30 + HST (which covers participation until the end of April) and registration forms will be available at the front desk.   • Wilson/Mayfair Senior ITF #2 2020

    Thurs. Feb. 13 – Mon. Feb. 17 | $50 for singles, $40 for doubles, $75 for two events

    Mayfair Clubs will be hosting some of the best senior tennis players in the world. If interested in playing, you can register online at ipin.itftennis.com by February 4th at 5 am. Spectators are welcome free of charge each day, so come out and see some great tennis action. From February 13th or February 16th, matches will be taking place at Mayfair West, East and Parkway starting at 10:30am. All singles finals will take place at Mayfair Parkway on Family Day Monday at 9:30 am.     Krav Maga is a military self-defense and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israeli security forces. It is derived from a combination of techniques sourced from boxing, wrestling, aikido, judo and karate, along with realistic fight training.     TABATA BLAST

    Now Available | 1 HR | Monday 5:30 pm with Katya Ekatrina, Tuesday 7:30 pm with Martine Fletcher, Thursday 7:00 pm with Katya Ekatrina, Thursday 9:00 am with Joanna Behar,

    A Tabata Format class, The Tabata Blast has you doing 4 or 6 rounds, 2 exercises per round, 1 cardio, 1 strength. Using the Tabata protocol this class will take you to the limit.     POWER UP

    Now Available | 1 HR | Monday 9:00 am with Martine Fletcher, 6:30 pm with Katie Snow

    Power Up class Series -The Power Up Series of classes exploits the use of 60% of 1 rep max exercise protocols. This class develops strength power, coordination, and technique. The POWER UP series of classes’ consists of anywhere from 5 to 25 exercises, each done for 30 seconds, repeated thru 4 to 6 cycles. The instructor will decide on a total body, upper body, lower body, core workout or a combination of all.     Now Available | 1 HR | Wednesdays at 7:30 pm with Martine Fletcher

    The Countdown, is a multi dimensional, exercise class that has you doing 8 exercises 10 reps, 10 cycles utilizing the every minute on the minute (EMOM) format counting down to a single rep. Sounds simple but don’t let the simplicity fool you. The class is over when the last rep is done. Always changing, never the same class twice.
