Ages 12-17 | Mondays 1:30pm | 3 one hour sessions | $225+HST

Our Learn to Lift program is designed specifically to help educate, engage, and challenge those beginning their fitness journey. In this program, you will learn the basics of strength training while gaining a deeper understanding of proper technique and training methods that will help you reach your potential now and for years to come.
