Ages 12-17 | Mondays 1:30pm | 3 one hour sessions | $225+HST

Our Learn to Lift Program is a private, hands-on session that will teach the basics of proper technique and form when weight training.

Welcome Ashton Yuen to the Team!

Mayfair Parkway welcomes Ashton Yuen to our Personal Training team. Ashton recently earned his Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University and is about to complete his CSEP-CPT certification under the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.

As a Trainer, Ashton’s focus is to help his clients to achieve the results they’re looking for – whether that’s sport specific training, injury rehab, increased mobility, weight loss or simply to become more active so they can better enjoy their lifestyle. As well, Ashton is fluent in both English and Cantonese.
